Climate Café
A Climate Café is a gathering for anyone who has ever felt the weight of what's happening to our world and wondered if they were alone in that feeling.
You're not.
These are informal, facilitated conversations where people come together to talk honestly about what it's like to live through this moment in time. All of the feelings are welcome: the grief, the anger, the anxiety, the love for what we're watching change. There's no agenda and no pressure to have answers or solutions. Just honest conversation, genuine listening, and the particular relief that comes from being in a room where you don't have to explain why you care.
Climate Cafés are grounded in the simple belief that all these feelings make sense and they're too heavy to carry alone. You don't need to be an activist, an expert, or someone who has it all figured out. You just need to show up as you are with whatever you're carrying and be with others who are doing the same.
Facilitation by therapists from CPA-NA. Click here to learn more about Climate Cafes. Limited to 12 participants.
