ReThink Citizens Youth Coalition Showcase: Hear From Young People ReThinking the AI World
Join 19 ReThink Citizens Youth Coalition innovators from our fall 2026 cohort as they pitch the ideas and early-stage solutions they’ve developed to rethink the AI world for good. We'll also hear from our keynote speaker, Frances Haugen, the Facebook whistleblower whose 2021 disclosures exposed how the company prioritized engagement over user wellbeing. She'll share insights on why youth power in responsible tech matters and the importance of stepping up in this moment to build a healthier AI world.
From deepfakes and disinformation to algorithmic bias, online harassment, and the future of civic participation, these young changemakers have spent the last eight weeks questioning the status quo, mapping systems, imagining alternatives, and building what could come next.
Along the way, they’ve learned from leaders including Alison Lee (The Rithm Project), Jack Brewster (NewsReel), Ariana Soto (Coding it Forward), Tess Posner (Resonance), Josh Lavra (Hopelab), Raelee Sweet (It Gets Better), Kate Barranco (Conscious Futures), Emma Lembke (Sustainable Media Center), Lydia Burns (Seek Common Ground), Future Incubator, and many, many others across the responsible tech and social impact ecosystem.
Now, they’re taking the stage to show you what they’ve built!
One innovator will receive a $2,500 microgrant from our partner LookUp.Live and join the LookUp Social Innovator community as they continue developing and growing their work.
Hear their pitches. Celebrate their work. And see what becomes possible when young people have the agency to shape the future they're inheriting.
