​Layoffs, rejections and the every week a new AI development that brings a fresh wave of emotions - change is seemingly the only constant in current design careers. Learning how to navigate it may be just as important as learning your craft.

​For this session, we're excited to welcome Tanvi Mittal. With a background in Anthropology and over 10 years experience in facilitation - Tanvi is a workplace coach, specializing in helping folks navigate workplace culture and dynamics.

​She previously served as a Director at OGC Global, a research and consulting firm, where she led teams and helped organizations like Comcast navigate change at an organizational level.

​In this interactive mini-workshop, Tanvi will share practical tools for building resilience in your design career - helping you navigate uncertainty, setbacks, and transitions while staying grounded in your strengths and long-term goals.

We will go through a series of exercises that help you identify a personal framework of dealing with change.
