Walter González, Founder & CEO, The AI Studio
Walter is the Founder and CEO of The AI Studio, a consultancy focused on AI Engineering Transformation: redefining how software organizations build, ship, and scale in the age of AI. The AI Studio combines transformation strategy with hands-on applied AI engineering for mid-market and large enterprises across the EU and US.
He is also a Venture Partner at Compute Capital, a European VC fund investing in compute-intensive AI ventures, and a Founding Member of Modular Alpha, a European network of digital and AI practitioners focused on value creation in PE-backed companies. He serves as a Technical Advisor to VC and PE funds, leading AI and technology due diligence.
With a background in Physics and more than 15 years of experience across data, machine learning, and AI, Walter previously led Digital Strategy at Henkel and worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture.
Max Schulz, CRO, Kombo
Max is Chief Revenue Officer at Kombo, where he leads Kombo's go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. Since joining in 2023, he has helped scale one of Europe's fastest-growing HR infrastructure startups, enabling software companies to integrate seamlessly with HR, payroll, and recruiting systems through a unified API. Before Kombo, Max co-founded multiple startups and advised high-growth companies on go-to-market strategy, bringing deep expertise in SaaS, sales, and startup scaling.
Hans Christian Heinemeyer, CRO, bookingkit
Hans Christian is the Chief Revenue Officer at bookingkit, where he leads the company's commercial strategy, driving sales, customer success, and revenue operations. With more than a decade of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS organizations, he specializes in go-to-market strategy, revenue leadership, and developing high-performing commercial teams. Since joining bookingkit in 2020, he has helped guide the company through significant growth, transforming it into Europe's leading AI-powered booking and success platform for attractions and experiences.

Jan is the Co-founder and CEO of Needle, an AI startup building proactive agents for modern revenue teams.
