om nom nom - yoga beyond the mat
In the cozy temple of the Alchemy House, we start with vinyasa yoga, welcoming the joy of feeling into the body and connecting to the self.
After flowing on our mats, we connect with each other and nourish the body with warm tea and homemade treats (picture a fresh loaf of sourdough bread, seasonal organic fruit, or peanut butter miso cookies). This way, I invite you to extend the practice of yoga beyond the mat, into everyday life. A simple, yet profound practice of staying in the felt sense of self while in connection with others.
If you’ve been craving a space to move your body with mindfulness, connect with new friends from a grounded place, and enjoy treats made with a lot of love, then this is the space for you.

About Claire:
I am a nurturer - I nurture myself through yoga and ecstatic dance, mixing sourdough with my bare hands, and forming deep relationships.
One of my current intentions is to rest knowing I am home - feeling home in my body as I am held by the earth with the expansiveness of the universe. Yoga, dance, meditation, baking, and being in human connection are practices that remind me of this feeling of home over and over again. Part of my purpose is to share this with the world which led me to co-found om nom nom to offer the practice of yoga beyond the asanas. I love co-creating this togetherness with you!
Beyond being a student of yoga, I love skinny dipping in alpine lakes, feeling my bare feet on the earth, and eating dinner by candlelight.
