Portals and the Multiverse: An intro to my Climate Justice Approach

If you want a low carbon future, go with experts. If you want a low-carbon, resilient, and equitable future, go with community.

You've probable seen me talk or post about being the Dark Lord of the CCIF, using the mulitverse and portals, or lots of other topics related to climate justice and community. You might be curious to learn more. This session will give you a high level overview of the approach/framework I use for my work.

This session is for people who work in climate and environment and/or at the community level who are interested in climate who want to catalyze action on climate, work with a community (including marginalized communities) and centre equity in their work but are struggling with apathy, a lack of engagement, and an inability to get a community to participate and may not realize they are really using the wrong tools and techniques to meaningfully connect with and centre community in their work.

Note: If you have seen me speak at an event in the past couple of years, or you were a part of the book draft review this summer, you would've seen most of this material.
