​Since this is my first time hosting something like this, I'd like to start with a small pilot session to keep it interactive and
gather feedback before organizing larger sessions.

• ​I can't promise that my experience reflects every team or interviewer at Stripe—I'll only be sharing what I personally experienced and learned.
