The webinar will be led by Richard Alderson and Michelle Bayley.
Richard Alderson is the Director of Firework Coaching, and one of the lead trainers on the Firework Career Coach Training. He is also founder of Careershifters, which has reached 9m+ people and worked directly with 18,000+ career coaching clients in 70+ countries.
Michelle Bayley has been working as a coach since 2002. She also has 25 years' experience of working in government, advising on communications strategy and delivery. She is a PCC with the ICF, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a Licensed Firework Career Coach. Michelle has been training others in Firework since 2007.
