About Event

Join Richard and Michelle from the Firework Coaching team for a 45 minute webinar designed for career coaches who want to strengthen their approach to supporting clients through career change.

Whether you’re new to this area or already working with career transition clients, this session will introduce key principles, highlight common pitfalls, and share how a more structured approach can strengthen your work with clients navigating career transition.

This webinar is for you if:

  • You’re working with clients who feel stuck, uncertain or overwhelmed about their next move

  • You want a clearer, more structured approach to supporting career change

  • You’re looking to strengthen your confidence and credibility in this area of coaching

  • You’re interested in refining and evolving your existing coaching toolkit

In this session, we'll cover:

  • The core principles that underpin effective career change coaching

  • Common pitfalls that can limit client progress — and how to avoid them

  • Insight into how a structured methodology can support both coach and client

  • How the Firework approach is used in practice, and the impact it can have on real-life coaches and their clients

This is a live session only — we won’t be sharing a recording. Join us to learn, reflect and ask questions in real time.
