This WNORTH Roundtable brings together women leaders to explore the hiring landscape from both sides of the table: those making hiring decisions and those considering their next career move.
Through an open and practical conversation, we'll discuss how AI is influencing recruitment, what employers are looking for beyond a traditional résumé, how candidates can position themselves for new opportunities, and which human skills continue to matter most.

If you’re no longer able to attend, we ask that you let us know at info@wnorthconnect.com at least 48 hours before the event whenever possible. While we’re unable to provide a refund, advance notice allows us to offer your place to another member or guest on the waitlist.
