She also holds a professional certification in Leading the Sustainability Transformation.
Kayla is passionate about driving meaningful, achievable change by partnering with students, EHS teams, lab managers, and institutional leadership to advance sustainable practices that benefit both people and the planet.
Blair Diehl
Manager of Environmental Sustainability, Regeneron
Blair Diehl is an environmental sustainability professional with extensive experience advancing corporate sustainability, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, and operational sustainability programs. As Manager of Environmental Sustainability at Regeneron, she leads initiatives that support environmental performance, laboratory sustainability, sustainable building certifications, waste reduction, and sustainability disclosures. Blair enjoys bringing together diverse stakeholders to solve complex environmental challenges and drive measurable impact. She holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. from the University of Vermont with a minor in Environmental Studies.
