About Event

Welcome to MCP Agent Silsila Series!

Every three weeks, we host live sessions with experts to explore real-world applications of MCP, feature community MCP projects, and demo tools and agents that are pushing MCP to the limit. We hope this series fosters a community of builders to learn, share insights and develop expertise on Model Context Protocol.

This session's featured companies are:

  • Roy Derks, Principal Product Manager from IBM

    • Topic: Langflow & MCP - Langflow integrates with MCP as both a server and a client. You can use MCP servers to build flows and also consume flows as MCP servers, both inside and outside of Langflow.

      Community Demos:

      • Arjun Chintapalli, Founder at rtrvr.ai

        • Demo: An AI Web Agent as an MCP Server, enabling websites to take actions directly in your browser.

          About the Host
This session is hosted by Sarmad Qadri, CEO of LastMile AI and creator of mcp-agent: a simple, composable framework for building agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

“Silsila” (سلسلہ) means chain of events in Urdu. We thought it is a fitting name for a gathering of builders, researchers, and developers working on modular, tool-using, agentic systems powered by MCP. (It was also the name we considered before settling on mcp-agent).

If you want to demo or speak at our future events email [email protected].
