Antler IBEX エグゼクティブ・ディレクター
創業初期（Day Zero）から投資およびベンチャービルディングを行うグローバル投資機関Antler IBEXにおいて、日本および韓国市場を統括する。Antlerは世界30拠点で事業を展開し、運用資産総額10億米ドル超、1,800社を超えるポートフォリオ企業を有する。
また、韓国を代表する国立科学技術系大学の一つである光州科学技術院（GIST）の特別教授を務める。ディープラーニング分野で博士号を取得し、同志社大学MBA、ジョージタウン大学LL.M.（法学修士）を取得。これまで日産自動車、SKテレコム、現代自動車において投資関連業務に従事し、豊富なグローバル経験を有する。
並木 由美子氏
DMZ Japan 代表
カナダのトロント・メトロポリタン大学発スタートアップインキュベーター「DMZ」の日本拠点であるDMZ Japanの代表を務める。DMZはこれまでに2,400社以上のスタートアップを支援し、累計約29億米ドルの資金調達を実現している。
DMZトロント本部においてアジア太平洋地域のパートナーシップ統括を務めた後に帰国し、DMZ Japanを設立。現在は、日本企業およびスタートアップのグローバル展開を推進するとともに、大学、企業、政府機関との連携を通じてイノベーションエコシステムの強化に取り組んでいる。また、千葉大学グローバルフェローも務める。
アマンダ・ゲット-シャペロット氏
Kurma Partners パートナー
パリを拠点とする欧州有数のヘルスケア特化型ベンチャーキャピタルであるKurma Partnersにおいて、バイオファンドを担当。Kurma Partnersは欧州トップクラスの学術研究機関と緊密に連携し、医薬品およびヘルステック分野における先端技術の事業化を支援するとともに、投資先企業のグローバル展開や欧州市場へのアクセス支援に強みを有する。
同氏は免疫学の博士号を有し、ライフサイエンス分野における豊富な知見を生かしながら、バイオテクノロジー企業への投資および事業成長支援に国際的に取り組んでいる。
マイケル・G・フィリップス氏
Alumni Ventures 最高法務責任者（CLO）兼 エグゼクティブ・マネージング・ディレクター（EMD）
Alumni Venturesは、米国で最も活発に投資を行うベンチャーキャピタルの一つとして、大学同窓生ネットワークを活用した独自の投資モデルにより、有望なアーリーステージ企業への投資を展開している。また、2026年には日本企業 株式会社Yaqumoへの初の投資を実行した。
同氏は、ファンド運営、法務戦略およびコーポレートガバナンスを統括するとともに、投資活動、ファンド管理、ポートフォリオ運営を支える中核的な役割を担っている。
田賀 悠記氏
大阪大学ベンチャーキャピタル株式会社 投資部長
物性物理学分野において修士課程を修了後、2012年に住友電気工業株式会社に入社。産業設備の設計・開発やプラントの立ち上げ、設備投資業務に従事した。その後、MBA留学を経て、2022年に大阪大学ベンチャーキャピタル株式会社へ参画。現在はキャピタリストとして、大学発ディープテックスタートアップの創業支援、投資実行および投資先企業の経営支援に携わっている。
曽根 一朗氏
大阪大学 共創機構 特任教授
大阪大学共創機構の特任教授として、大学発研究シーズおよびスタートアップのグローバル展開支援や国際的な産学連携の推進に従事。また、日本全国9つの地域エコシステム・プラットフォームと160を超える大学・研究機関等で構成される「NINEJP（National Innovation Network for Entrepreneur Japan）」において、グローバル展開支援にも携わっている。
2023年9月までは、日本貿易振興機構（JETRO）元理事として、日本の貿易・投資の促進やイノベーション創出支援に従事した。
ダロン・M・スタンドリー氏
大阪大学 微生物病研究所 教授
大阪大学微生物病研究所および免疫学フロンティア研究センター教授。ゲノム情報学を専門とし、バイオインフォマティクス、構造生物学、機械学習を融合した先端研究を展開している。抗体およびT細胞受容体レパトアの解析を通じて、免疫系が健康や疾患において果たす役割の解明に取り組む。
さらに、バイオマーカー探索や治療用抗体開発への応用を目的とした免疫レパトア技術の開発に取り組むスタートアップ、MyImmune Corporationの共同創業者として、研究成果の社会実装も推進している。
福森 正紘氏
うめきた未来イノベーション機構（U－FINO）プロジェクト推進・共創企画室長
クロスボーダー連携を含む関西の特色を生かした独自のイノベーション創出の仕組みづくりに取り組み、国内外の事業会社とスタートアップによる新たな価値創造を数多く手掛けている。前職の大阪大学ベンチャーキャピタルでは投資およびバリューアップ業務に従事し、戦略コンサルティングファームでは事業会社における新規事業創出（0→1）や事業再生案件を担当。投資家、コンサルタント、事業推進者など多様な立場からイノベーションに携わってきた経験を持つ。

Global venture capitalists, researchers, and entrepreneurs will gather to share progress, exchange knowledge, and explore future collaborations. Executive Director, IBEX
Antler IBEX is a global day-zero investor and venture builder. Antler spans 30 locations, with over US$1 billion under management and 1,800 portfolio companies.
Elliott Ahn is Executive Director at Antler IBEX for Korea and Japan and Distinguished Professor at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), one of Korea’s national S&T institutes. He holds a PhD in deep learning, a Doshisha MBA and a Georgetown Law LL.M., and held investment roles at Nissan, SK Telecom and Hyundai Motors.
Yumiko Namiki
Head of DMZ Japan
Yumiko Namiki is the Head of DMZ Japan, the Japan arm of DMZ - a Canadian startup incubator at Toronto Metropolitan University with a track record of supporting 2,400+ startups and facilitating approximately $2.9 billion in funding worldwide. After leading Asia-Pacific partnerships at DMZ's Toronto headquarters, she returned to Japan to establish DMZ Japan. She now drives cross-border expansion for startups across Japan and global markets, collaborating with universities corporations and government institutions to strengthen the innovation ecosyste. She also serves as a Global Fellow at Chiba University.
Amanda Gett-Chaperott
Partner, Kurma Partners
Paris-headquartered Kurma Partners is one of Europe’s leading healthcare-focused venture capital investors. It works closely with top-tier academic research institutions across Europe to support the commercialization of breakthrough technologies in the pharmaceutical and healthtech sectors. The VC ensures investments operate on a global level with particular strength in Europe, facilitating presence and access to the European ecosystem. Amanda Gett-Chaperot is an internationally active partner to Kurma Partners biofunds and has a doctoral degree in immunology.

Alumni Ventures
Alumni Ventures is one of the most active venture capital firms in the US where it operates a unique model that leverages a university alumni network for access to top early investment opportunities. The VC made its first investment in Japan to Yaqumo in summer 2026.
The Executive Managing Director (EMD) and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Michael G. Phillips oversees fund operations, legal strategy, and corporate governance. He plays a central role in supporting investment activities, fund administration, and portfolio management.
Yuki Taga
Director, Osaka University Venture Capital
Yuki Taga joined Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. in 2012 after completing a master's degree in condensed matter physics.
At Sumitomo Electric, he was engaged in the development of industrial equipment, plant start-up operations, and capital investment projects. After earning an MBA overseas, he joined Osaka University Venture Capital in 2022. As a venture capitalist, he supports the founding of university-based deep tech startups, makes early-stage investments, and provides management support to portfolio companies.
Ichiro Sone
Specially Appointed Professor, The University of Osaka Co-Creation Bureau
Ichiro Sone is a specially appointed professor at Innovation Division, Co-Creation Bureau at The University of Osaka, helping Osaka University research seeds/startups scale globally and international university-industry collaboration. He also assists NINEJP - National Innovation Network for Entrepreneur Japan – especially for global expansion. It is the umbrella organization of nine regional ecosystem platforms with over 160 Japanese universities, research institutions, and other stakeholders. Until September 2023, Ichiro Sone was Executive Vice President of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Japan's international trade, investment, and innovation promotion arm.
Daron M. Standley
Professor, The University of Osaka Research Institute for Microbial Diseases
Daron M. Standley is a professor of Genome Informatics at the Research Institute for Microbial Diseases and the Immunology Frontier Research Center at The University of Osaka. His research combines bioinformatics, structural biology, and machine learning to understand antibody and T-cell receptor repertoires and their roles in health and disease. He is also a co-founder of MyImmune Corporation, which develops immune-repertoire technologies for biomarker and therapeutic antibody discovery.
Masahiro Fukumori Head of Project Promotion and Co-Creation Planning Office, U-FINO
Masahiro Fukumori works to create a unique innovation ecosystem in the Kansai region, including international partnerships. He has supported many projects that bring together companies and startups to create new business value.
Before joining U-FINO, he worked at Osaka University Venture Capital, where he was involved in investment and startup support. He also worked at a consulting firm, helping companies launch new businesses and improve struggling operations.
He has experience as an investor, consultant, and business development leader, giving him a broad view of innovation and business growth.
