Co-sensing Lab #3: When systems get stuck
What is the role of social arts for systems change?
Welcome to the 3rd Co-sensing Lab session!
In this session, we will re-explore the stuck exercise which we did in session 2, applying it to larger system scenarios involving multiple persons.

About Co-sensing Lab
What happens when we slow down and sense together?
Co-sensing Lab is a space to practice, explore and research together, looking at how embodied, creative and reflective practices cultivate conditions for deep transformation and wise agency.
Based on 20 years of action research at the MIT, the Lab brings together three things:
Practice: A chance to try social arts and awareness-based practices, and notice what they open up for us individually and collectively as systems. Learn more about Pedagogies of Togetherness here and here!
Community: A space of care, to meet, connect, exchange and build relationships with others working on projects at LPI.
Participatory Action Research: Collective sensemaking, your observations, questions and perspectives are part of the inquiry.
This is a shared space, where we'll learn through doing, reflecting and trying things out together. Join us for some fun and food afterwards.
Students and co-researchers, bring your curiosities, and come as you are. We'll see you there!
