Join us for a discussion with the Authors of the newly released book O'Reilly book, UX Skills for Business Strategy: articulating impact for product, user, and business outcomes

During this conversation the authors Torrey Podmajersky, Maya Elise Joseph-Goteiner, and Kim Mats Mats will discuss their career journeys and the growing challenge of our profession today - How do you choose the right UX skills to meet critical business goals, and how to prove their value to stakeholders? They will share with us actionable frameworks, real world examples, business metrics to track and report when implementing UX strategies and tips on how to confidently articulate value to your team and executives.

Torrey Podmajersky helps teams solve business and customer problems using UX content. She consults with B2B, B2C and mentoring clients, and teaches and speaks worldwide about UX and content design through her agency, Catbird Content. She has written inclusive and accessible consumer and professional experiences for Google, OfferUp, and Microsoft, and wrote the ground-breaking Strategic Writing for UX.

Maya Joseph-Goteiner supports cross-functional product teams in escaping reactive decisions optimized for predictable outcomes. Challenging traditional processes, Maya’s agency Velocity Ave aligns teams from startups to Fortune 100 companies around research to anchor designing lovable products in data that address real problems.
