Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Advancing Respect (CILAR). This program is designed to help retail and retail-adjacent workers gain AI skills, mentorship, and employer-recognized microcredentials to thrive in a digital economy.
