This is a hands-on workshop for six people around one big table in a beautiful Victorian maisonette right on Portobello Road, Notting Hill. Proper coffee, three focused hours, no jargon, and no question too basic. If you can write a WhatsApp message, you can build this.

By 1pm, your assistant will:

Watch the accounts that matter: the local hubs, communities and businesses where your future customers already spend time, and spot who's engaging there
Hand you a daily shortlist of vetted, real local accounts worth following, with the spam and bots filtered out
Draft comments and DMs in your voice for the posts and stories worth showing up on, including the "looking for recommendations" moments that are quietly warm leads
Send you a morning digest: what happened overnight, who engaged, what's worth responding to today
Run as a ten-minute morning ritual: assistant researches and drafts with your coffee, you approve and click
