​Erik Rubinov – SteffiCare
Erik is the founder of SteffiCare, a startup developing voice assistants designed specifically for older adults. With a background in computer science, he is combining technology with human-centered care to help seniors stay cognitively and physically active through interactive voice-based exercises. SteffiCare also supports caregivers and family members by making it easier to personalize routines, stay connected, and provide meaningful support for their loved ones.

​Sascha Hoffmann – Whaaat AI
Whaaat AI is an AI-powered marketing platform designed to help businesses create smarter, faster, and more consistent content. By combining specialized AI agents with intuitive workflows, the platform supports everything from strategy and copywriting to social media and brand communication. At Breakfast in Motion, the team will share how AI can become a practical creative partner, helping businesses streamline their marketing while staying authentic to their brand. Sascha Hoffmann, Head of AI Agents at Whaaat AI, is responsible for AI agent development and strategy, bringing hands-on expertise in how AI agents can be applied to real-world marketing and creative workflows.

Pierre Dubouilh & Maxime Carriere – Kernwerk
Kernwerk builds confidential edge AI: task-specific models optimised to run on small devices and sealed with hardware-backed security, so that the model never leaves the device. By combining quantisation with trusted execution, the toolchain covers the whole journey in three steps: build, shrink, seal. The team will show how on-device AI can be cheaper, faster and private by design, and what upcoming EU rules mean for anyone shipping models on hardware. Co-founders Pierre Dubouilh, an embedded security engineer, and Maxime Carriere, a computational neuroscience PhD, bring together device security and experience running ML under constraints.
