A personal resilience practice.

Understanding.

Why should we uncover our feelings? How does it affect us when we just dismiss or otherwise diminish the serious threat of climate and the poly-crisis? Let's practice understanding our personal perceptions.

Acknowledging.

This is an opportunity to dig in, ask questions of yourself and feel a "community" connection with other concerned folx from the Pacific Northwest. Saying the quiet part out loud is empowering.

Including.

Personal resilience is to be practiced over time. We hope you will consider joining others from the Pacific Northwest, we are all beautiful humans with beating hearts. We love one another and respect their journeys as we are grateful that we identify with the perplexities of living in a colonized and unjust system that seeks to undermine the community spirit.

This is not group therapy. It's an informed and/or curious circle of people in our bioregion, seeking to understand, to make connections with others also in love with this place we call home.

Climate Circles are a system of CLIMA-unity.

Coming together in a Circle like this, gives each participant a chance to simply listen to perspectives of others. How does the changing climate, and everything before it, during, and the aftermath of its wrath— how do each of us take this into our continuum of understanding the natural and built world?

--- In the Circle, we invite you to give yourself grace, to practice "self" personal boundaries, and prioritize self-care in community with others.

Bring a journal.

--or anything that do with your hands that will help you untangle your thoughts and talk about it amongst others. Get the full experience by summarizing what you wrote about.

NOTE: For every "EXPERIENCES" format, just know that you'll be asked to do something..... read something, paint something, or play a group game... it depends on who is hosting!
