This event brings together experts from policy, cybersecurity, and tech to unpack how AI is influencing power and state behavior today.

• ​Shachar Cohen is a partner at Lucid Capital with extensive experience in global markets and investment strategy in emerging technologies.

• ​Dr. Yael Villa is a seasoned tech executive and academic leader with over three decades of experience in AI, big data, and healthcare innovation.
