Océane Taugis is the CEO & Founder of OBM Consultancy, a recruitment and advisory firm for luxury and premium brands across Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She helps maisons build high-performing retail teams and elevate client experience through targeted hiring, training, and clienteling programs.
Marion Vandecavez - Senior Account Director - Staffing @LinkedIn
Marion was born and raised in Lyon, France, but has always dreamed of living and working abroad.
After studying law and business and beginning her career in recruitment, that ambition eventually circled back to her.
She moved to Dublin eight years ago to join a recruitment agency and has since held several roles — always within the recruitment sector and still in Dublin !
From agencies to major consulting groups, and now in the tech industry, recruitment in all its forms has remained the central focus of her career journey : recruitment consultant, project manager for multi-lingual roles, to Tech Sales recruiter.
Today, Marion manages B2B clients within the Mid-Market Staffing segment at LinkedIn, helping them achieve their own recruitment goals.
