Two 15-minute sessions, Q&A, break in the middle. Remote attendees welcome. No Cylons. Probably.

Session 1: Why Your AI Transformation Isn't Working. If AI is the real deal, the payoff should be a multiple, not a 12% lift on a JIRA dashboard. Goldratt called this in 2000: technology is necessary, but not sufficient. We'll get into what's actually blocking the step change, and why every "AI-first" roadmap is bumping into the same wall.

Session 2: Frak Your Roadmap! Forty years of Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, SDLC-flavor-of-the-month. Each one promised value. Most delivered ceremony. We lost sight of the real constraints and even introduced new ones. Fortunately, Goldratt is here to help - his book "The Goal" solved this all the way back in the 80s.

I hope to have a very interactive session. Come with examples of good and bad projects, anonymized of course. Happy to run through hypotheticals. Happy to apply the concepts live. Happy to be put out the airlock. Your call!
