🎭 Think on Your Feet: Improv, Play & the Art of Letting Go

​When was the last time you did something completely spontaneous, let go of being in control, and just had fun?

​As leaders, we're used to having answers, making decisions, and thinking three steps ahead. But sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is let go of the script, embrace uncertainty, and see what happens.

​Join Sidebar member Sharon Su Plasser for a fun, interactive improv workshop designed to help us get out of our heads, tap into our creativity, and rediscover the joy of play.

​Through lighthearted improv exercises, we'll explore how spontaneity, active listening, and a willingness to embrace the unexpected can make us more adaptable, creative, and connected leaders.

​No improv experience necessary! You don't need to be funny, outgoing, or a natural performer. Just bring an open mind, a willingness to participate, and a sense of adventure.
