What happens after an AI agent goes live with its first customer?
Five founders bring experience from B2B commerce, AI legal assistance, software engineering, agent memory and healthcare data infrastructure.
The discussion starts with deployment: integrating with existing systems, accessing data, managing reliability and keeping operating costs under control. How much autonomy can you give an agent? Where is human intervention still necessary? How do you measure whether the product delivers enough value for customers to keep using it?
From there, the conversation moves to the business: converting pilots into paid contracts, funding growth through revenue or outside investment, and accessing capital as a Romanian startup. Several panelists also bring experience as angel investors, adding the perspective of those deciding which companies to back.
Attendees will hear how implementation and funding decisions differ across these contexts, with time to ask questions about their own challenges.

Vlad Tudor | Founder, Sapiō AI; Creator, ai-aflat.ro
Vlad leads Sapiō AI, a studio developing custom AI systems for companies since 2021, including virtual assistants, document search applications and AI agents. Mihai Sturza | Founder & CEO, Nevexo
Mihai leads Nevexo, a Bucharest-based software engineering studio building AI and machine learning systems, web platforms and cloud infrastructure. Timmy Ghiurau | Co-founder, MidBrain; Former Innovation Leader, Volvo Cars
Timmy is the co-founder of MidBrain, where he is developing memory and continual learning technologies for AI agents. His background includes innovation projects at Volvo Cars, simulation and human-computer interaction. He is also an angel investor with an interest in startups developing emerging technologies. Sebastian is a Romanian founder based in the UK. At FourthSpace Labs, he develops data infrastructure and applied AI for spatial analysis. He is Technical Lead for Project SNOW, a University of Warwick-led initiative supported by Google.org, developing AI tools to help prioritise preventive healthcare interventions.
