Excursion for practitioners in Games and Consumer Apps — KDD Jeju 2026

​On Wednesday Palladio AI is hosting an excursion to the Nexon Museum in Jeju City, the computing and gaming history museum run by Nexon's holding company, NXC.

​We are excited to invite people who work on customer behavior data. Game studios, consumer apps, anyone whose job is understanding how users move through a product over time: onboarding, retention, monetization, churn.

The museum reopened in May after a renovation and a rename. One of the new things it does is link your Nexon account and turn your own play history into an exhibit, which is a strange and worthwhile thing to see if you spend your working life on behavioral data.

​We will gather at ICC Jeju at 10:00, after the keynote, and drive to the museum, about an hour each way. We will tour the museum from 11:00, have lunch nearby afterwards, and be back at ICC by mid-afternoon, so that there is time to prep for the banquet.

​This excursion is during sessions, which we know is a real trade. We'll be back for the 4:00 block, the panel, and the banquet, and the Alibaba keynote is before we leave. If you're presenting Wednesday, present - we'd love to find another time to meet.

​Tickets, tour, transport and lunch are on us. The van is as much the point as the museum: real time with fellow practititoners and leaders facing the same challenges.
