John is passionate about good food, quality service, and authenticity, which led to him establishing 2 African food businesses to provide Authentic Nigerian food products and to plug the gap for good-cooked homemade meals in the City of Edinburgh.

​Ishani Malhotra is the Founder and CEO of Carcinotech, a leading biotech company focused on accelerating cancer drug testing and treatments. Known for her visionary leadership, Ishani has driven Carcinotech to the forefront of innovation in oncology. Her commitment to excellence and passion for improving patient outcomes make her a respected figure in the company and the broader healthcare community. She has established significant international partnerships to advance Carcinotech’s vision of providing personalized drug testing platforms to help cancer patients.
