CFF Owners' Roundtable — San Diego

​Running a coffee shop is one of the most rewarding — and demanding — things you can do. And most of the time, you're figuring it out on your own.

The CFF Owners' Roundtable is a space built for coffee shop owners, operators, and those who aspire to open one. We're gathering outside at Bayfront Park during World of Coffee San Diego for an evening of honest conversation — no presentations, no pitching, just real talk in small groups about the challenges and wins that come with running a coffee retail business.

​This event is free and open to all. Space is limited to foster meaningful conversations and connections.

Here's how it works: you'll self-select into small tables based on the topics that matter most to you right now — things like staffing, managing costs, new revenue streams, and more. Experienced coffee owners and mentors will facilitate each table. Think of it as part support group, part brainstorming session — with good drinks and fresh air.
