Vibe Coding for Product Managers
Join us on July 29th for an interactive workshop on vibe coding (AI-assisted development) and how product managers can put it to work.
We'll explore the current tool landscape, good practices for planning multi-agent systems and skills, and where vibe coding fits into the product management process - from rapid prototyping to testing new concepts. We'll also talk about building internal tools that can streamline and improve how product teams work.
By the end of the workshop, you'll be able to:
Navigate the AI-assisted development landscape - understand the tools available today and how the key building blocks fit together, including skills, MCP servers, and multi-agent setups.
Scope a prototype with an AI coding tool - break down an idea into something an AI coding tool can actually build, using a free tool of your choice (examples provided).
Use plan mode effectively - learn how to plan before you build to accelerate development and get better results from these tools.
Spot opportunities in your own work - identify prototypes and internal tools worth building to improve your product management process, and start building one during the session.
This hands-on workshop will be facilitated by Nikolas Martelaro, Associate Professor, Human-Computer Interaction Institute, Carnegie Mellon University
***Please be sure to bring your laptop to the workshop.***
We hope you can join us. Register early to reserve your spot. Space is limited.
