Mindfulness Night

​A night to slow down, come back to yourself, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

​We’ll create space to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend some intentional time grounding, reflecting, journaling, and connecting.

​The Flow

​🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation — 10 min
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to bring our attention out of the mind and back into the body.

​🌬️ Gentle Breathwork — 10 min
A simple breathwork practice to settle the nervous system and become more present with ourselves and the moment.

​📖 Journaling & Reflection — 30 min
We’ll provide 10 intentional prompts to guide you through reflection on where you are in life, what you’re moving through, what you’re ready to release, what you’re calling in, and what might be asking for your attention.

​Some prompts will invite deeper shadow work and self-exploration, but there’s no pressure to answer every question. You’re always welcome to journal about whatever feels most relevant to you that night.

​🤍 Connection & Sharing
We’ll break into small groups to share insights from the evening, hear different perspectives, meet new people, and practice being a little more vulnerable and real with one another.

​You don’t have to have anything figured out. You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. Just come as you are.

​What to Bring

• ​Optional: blanket + pillow for extra comfort

​Please arrive by 7:00 PM. We’ll begin the meditation right at 7, so arriving on time allows everyone to settle in and helps us start the night together without interruption.

​Come take a breath, check in with yourself, and spend an evening getting a little more honest about where you are — with yourself and with each other.
