Journaling Night: A Night Of Noticing
What does it mean to really pay attention to your life?
This Soft Studio evening is inspired by the work of poet Mary Oliver and her lifelong practice of noticing, the natural world, small moments, questions, wonder, grief, joy and the strange beauty of being alive.
We'll spend the evening reading, writing, reflecting and making a little something for ourselves.
No writing experience necessary. You don't have to consider yourself a “journal person.” You just have to be willing to slow down for a few hours and pay attention.
We will focus on some of my favourite poems from Mary Oliver and go over some beautiful prompts. There will be space to share or just listen.
