Babes in London: Rooftop Ice, Sauna & Stories for Chill Babes w/ Casual Readers Club

(women only event)

As the days get shorter and the jumpers come back out, we're inviting you to spend a cosy autumn evening with Busy Babes and Casual Readers Club.

We're back for another edition of Sauna & Stories: a warm, low-pressure gathering inspired by CRC's community, where our inter-community book swap has become the main event.

This time, we're celebrating the stories we genuinely cherish. So bring along a page-turner you'd happily recommend to a friend (not the one you've been trying to get rid of!) and leave with another book that's been loved by someone else.

Whether you're craving quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, or simply a nervous system reset, this evening is your invitation to slow down.

What to Expect

✔️ 75-minute private sauna and cold plunge with rooftop views over Hackney

✔️ Unlimited tea & coffee

✔️ Storytelling and book swap led by Casual Readers Club

✔️ Small group so you can actually unwind and connect

What to Bring

• Swimsuit

• 2x Towels: one to sit on in the sauna, one for after

• Water bottle

• A book to swap (optional!)

• Comfortable clothes to change into afterwards

Suitable for beginners and seasoned cold plungers alike.

A Quick Note

We will be taking photos and videos throughout the evening. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let the photographer know at the start of the session.
