Heldiney Pereira is a Senior Lead Product Designer at Monzo, leading design for business banking subscriptions and helping simplify the experience of running a business for small business owners. Outside Monzo, he is co-founder and CEO of Flynt, a professional networking platform built on AI-driven matching. He speaks regularly across the UK (and occasionally Europe) on design, leadership and building things that matter.
Susan Walsh - Lead Product Designer
Susan Walsh is a Lead Product Designer at Monzo, leading Business Banking on Web. She specialises in information architecture and platform design, defining how complex financial workflows are structured and scaled. Her work has established the foundations for Monzo’s BB Web design system and interaction model, enabling teams to build consistently and independently.
Benjamin Strak - Senior Lead Product Designer
