Nourish at the Table: Salon Summer Nourishment Series

​Join us for Nourish at the Table, the next chapter in our Salon Summer of Nourishment Series on the rooftop at the Shop by Porter. This will be an intimate evening of food, conversation, and connection with chef and food artist Kass Spangler.

​Kass’s work combines culinary craft and creative expression. She’ll share a unique edible food art installation and her personal journey with nourishment, exploring food as more than sustenance: as art, as identity, as inheritance.

​Together, we’ll reflect on food’s power to connect us to culture, memory, and each other, while also holding space for its complexities. We’ll consider how food is a celebration, a story, a human right and how nourishing ourselves and our communities lies at the root of our humanity.
