Improvised wellness creates experiential workshops that cultivate presence, spontaneous expression and group coherence through play, improvisation, and collaboration. We’ll leverage imagination, movement, mindfulness, shared intention, and improvised games to create an environment of play. We'll thoroughly explore the concept of "yes and.."
You’ll walk away with principles and games to integrate into daily living. And of course, we’ll be ridiculously silly and have lots of fun in the process.
There is no experience necessary. A beginner’s mind and an openness to exploring will be helpful.
