The global fashion industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Beyond reducing harm, new business models are emerging that aim to create positive environmental and social impact while remaining economically viable.
This workshop introduces participants to the fundamental principles of impact-driven business models in the fashion industry, while also addressing a key challenge for sustainable brands: how to communicate their impact effectively and authentically.
Through practical frameworks, strategic insights and real-world examples, participants will explore how to structure their brands around purpose, market opportunity and regenerative value creation — and how to translate those values into clear, credible and compelling communication strategies.
The session will combine business model development, led by Universo MOLA, with impact communication strategies, led by Conscious Fashion Collective. Together, these perspectives will help entrepreneurs understand not only how to build an impact-driven fashion business, but also how to communicate their mission and value in a way that resonates with markets, consumers and stakeholders.
