WomenWise, in partnership with Investigo and Colony, has joined forced with Manchester Tech Week to bring you senior women from across the Northern tech ecosystem for an evening of unfiltered conversation about what leadership actually looks like.

About Rina:
Rina Lakhman is Head of Data Platforms and Interim Director of Digital at the University of Manchester, leading a team of 150+ people across 20+ active digital transformations - from ERP and CRM to teaching platforms and 300+ system integrations.
She's building the university's data strategy and governance foundations from scratch while driving its wider digital agenda. A Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with an MSc in Data Analytics, AI and ML, and 30 years across higher education, telecoms, and law - Rina is known for one thing: making complex change actually happen.
