​After spending 9 years at Zendesk and experiencing the journey from startup to public company, I learned that building a product is only one part of the equation.

​In this workshop, I'll condense more than 15 years of experience in Product, UX, and Strategy, together with the system I'm using today to build PlanCanvas with AI. If you want to learn a complete system for taking an idea from concept to launch, this workshop is for you.

​✍️ What to Expect

​Session 1 · Strategy Before You Build - What should I build?

​I'll walk you through the process I use to turn an idea into a business opportunity. You'll learn how to identify opportunities, define a business model, and validate an MVP. Throughout the session, we'll use AI to conduct market research, explore opportunities, and make faster, better-informed product decisions.

​Session 2 · Building with AI - How do I build it?

​This is where we get more hands-on. I'll share the framework I use to build AI-powered products quickly and in a structured way. You'll learn how to turn a product specification into a working product, the tools I use, and how to organize your workflow so AI becomes a true development partner. We'll work with Cursor + Claude Code.

​Session 3 · Launch & Go-to-Market - How do I get people to use it?

​You can build the best product in the world, but if no one knows it exists, you don't have a business.

​In this session, I'll share my launch system, user acquisition strategies, and continuous learning process. We'll also cover how to build an audience and community that become one of the most valuable assets any product creator can have.

​I'll show how I applied these principles to grow a community of more than 50,000 people, and how you can start building your own from day one.

​I'm Eugenia, a Product & UX Lead with more than 15 years of experience building digital products for companies such as Zendesk, Nestlé, and LGT Bank.

​I spent 9 years at Zendesk, experiencing firsthand the journey from startup to publicly traded company. That experience taught me that building a product is only part of the challenge. Understanding the business, validating ideas with users, and designing customer experiences that create real value are what truly differentiate products and help them grow.
