Journey Management Study Group - Guest speaker: Katie Shelly
Katie Shelly is our guest speaker for the online event in August.
Join us for an engaging conversation with Katie and fellow Journey Management enthusiasts!
Topic
People, agents, nonlinear journeys: Enabling informed decisions in increasingly complex multi-actor ecosystems
Overview
Journey management promised a way to rally teams around the user, but for most organizations it remains aspirational.
As AI changes both the experience and the work around it, the tools and methods that served us well in the past are falling short.
This talk explores where product teams might focus next to create value in a changing landscape.
