Krasimir Baylov is co-founder and managing partner of Intway, an IT services and consulting company and a partner of Progress Software and Databricks. For nearly 20 years he has been designing and delivering technology solutions for organisations in finance, insurance, logistics, life sciences and aviation, working with engineering teams in production environments on a daily basis.
At Dell he served as consulting architect and agile coach for teams of close to 30 people. He has worked on projects for IBM, SAP and Boeing, including programmes with budgets of several million dollars, and advises startups as a fractional CTO.
His client work has delivered results such as reducing time to market from two to three months down to roughly two weeks, and tenfold improvements in the performance of production systems.
He is a certified Product Owner, PRINCE2 and Kanban practitioner, holding a range of technology certifications. He speaks regularly at local and national conferences and has published research papers in the field of self-adaptive systems.
