Seattle | Claude Code for Scientific Researchers
Join us for Seattle's first Claude Community meetup, focused on how researchers and scientific software developers are using Claude Code to accelerate their work.
Whether you're analyzing experimental data, building research tools, or writing code in Python, Java, R, Rust, C#, or C++, or creating web pages with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS this meetup is for people who work at the intersection of scientific research, informatics, and software — and want to see what Claude Code can do in that context.
We'll feature lightning demos from researchers at the University of Washington, including how Claude Code is being used to implement data analysis algorithms from the literature, build MCP server integrations for domain-specific scientific software, and streamline day-to-day research coding workflows.
All experience levels with Claude are welcome. Coffee and pastries provided.
