​The work now sits less in direction setting and more in relationship holding. Less in clean decisions and more in navigating ambiguity, emotion, and pressure from all sides.

​This session focuses on the work design leadership demands now, the conversations that don’t fit neatly into process, the judgment calls made without certainty, and the human labor required to keep teams healthy while everything around them shifts.

​Expect an honest, participatory session for design leaders Steve "Buzz" Pearce (ex Monday.com) and Marzia Aricò (Design Mavericks) who are already doing the work and want better language, stronger practices, and more support for carrying it well.
