Early Years Connecting Families: Q&A with Paediatric Ophthalmologist
Early Years Connecting Families: Q&A with Paediatric Ophthalmologist
Parents and carers of early years children – join us for a Q&A session with a Paediatric Ophthalmologist!
We’re inviting you to an online session for parents and carers of early years children with a vision impairment. In this session, we’ll be joined by Lola, Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologist, who will share guidance and answer your questions.
Towards the end of last year, parents told us that the early days following diagnosis can feel overwhelming, particularly when trying to understand how vision impairment may affect their child’s development and day‑to‑day experiences. This session has been designed in response to that feedback.
What we’ll cover:
Common questions parents have following diagnosis
What to expect in the early years and where to find support
What to expect:
The opportunity to hear directly from a Paediatric Ophthalmologist
A supportive and informal space to ask questions
This session will take place online, and we’ll send you the Zoom details once you’ve registered for the event.
