Throughout the sprint, teams will use visual collaboration to brainstorm ideas, create mind maps, map user journeys, identify pain points, design solution flows, assign tasks, and build a rapid prototype. Mentors will guide teams throughout the process, helping them transform promising ideas into compelling solutions.

Introduction to the event, AI possibilities, and the problem statements.
4:20 – 4:50 PM: Problem Discovery & Ideation 🧠
Teams identify user pain points, research the problem, and brainstorm AI-powered solutions.
4:50 – 5:50 PM: Solution Design & Rapid Prototyping 💻
Teams map their solution, define the user journey, explore AI tools, and develop a working concept.
5:50 – 6:20 PM: Mentor Review & Solution Refinement 🎯
Teams receive feedback from mentors and improve their solution, business value, and user experience.
6:20 – 6:40 PM: Pitch Preparation 🎤
Teams prepare a short presentation covering the problem, solution, AI component, and expected impact.
6:40 – 7:00 PM: Final Pitches, Judging & Winner Announcement 🏆
Teams showcase their ideas followed by judging, feedback, and recognition of the winning solution.
