Most founders are still doing outreach and follow-ups by hand, one thread at a time, and losing the ones that needed a reply at 11 PM. This session fixes that, live. We build a WhatsApp agent from zero, on Hermes, that reads incoming messages, drafts replies, and books meetings on your calendar, with a human approval step so nothing sends without your yes.
This isn't a demo. Everyone in the room stands their own version up, on their own number, on their own machine, and walks out with it running.
What we're building:

Who it's for: Founders and operators doing their own outreach and follow-up, who want it running without babysitting every thread.
Format: In-person, Noida. Bring your own laptop, fully set up before you arrive (prerequisites shared after RSVP).

0:50-1:00 Break / troubleshoot stragglers
1:00-2:00 Build block 1: inbound message handling, read, classify, draft a reply
2:00-2:15 Break
2:15-3:15 Build block 2: the approval outbox + calendar hook, nothing sends without a yes, and the agent can actually book
3:15-3:45 Stress test: everyone sends their own agent a real message, watches it work end to end
3:45-4:00 Ship checklist, group demo, next steps
