Seek Discomfort presents: Hike and Connect

Join us for a community hike through the stunning trails of Spencer Gorge, one of Ontario’s most breathtaking natural escapes.

Together, we’ll climb through lush forests, take in sweeping views of waterfalls and cliffs, and pause to reconnect, with nature, with others, and with ourselves. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just getting started, this experience is about slowing down, breathing deep, and sharing meaningful moments with like-minded Seekers.

Let’s explore, connect, and reset together.

What to Expect:
We’re going for the full Spencer Gorge experience. A scenic hike through Tew’s Falls, Dundas Peak, and Webster Falls during the most vibrant part of autumn.

We’ll start at Tew’s Falls, take a short break for group photos, then make our way to Dundas Peak for reflection time and epic views. From there, we’ll continue toward Webster Falls to complete the loop and soak in the scenery.

After the hike, those who want to keep the vibe going can join for a cozy restaurant hangout in downtown Dundas.

Location:
Spencer Gorge Conservation Area (Hamilton, ON) Carpooling: We’ll organize rides to make it easier for everyone to join.

Please add your details as a driver or passenger here: Carpool Sheet.
