​Who: Department of War units across the Pacific Northwest, industry innovators (stealth startups through neo-primes), and academic/research partners. Event will feature educational briefings featuring George Fox University, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), the 711th Human Performance Wing and many more—plus a curated vendor showcase throughout.

​Why: Winning in defense takes more than a great product. It takes knowing the pathways—how requirements form, how programs buy, and how to move from promising capability to operational adoption. This summit equips military and industry with practical, real-world guidance to navigate those routes faster and with fewer dead ends.

​What to expect: Two days of high-signal briefings, “how to win” education (including SBIR/STTR and other RDT&E/transition lanes), and live showcases from select vendors—built to drive informed connections and actionable next steps.
