Pleasure Ritual

Pleasure Ritual is a slow, dreamy space to come back into your body, soften your nervous system, and meet pleasure as a restorative practice of devotion.
Once per month, on Friday evenings, we gather to drop out of doing and into sensing.
Into warmth, sound, breath, touch, and subtle expansion.
Each gathering is an invitation to linger - to move gently, feel deeply, and to devote time and attention to what nourishes you.
What we explore:
Every Pleasure Ritual is unique, guided by the season, the group, and the moment. Practices may include:
- Blue Lotus tincture ceremony
- Sound bath
- Soft movement / somatic intuitive dance using the Deep Body method
- Yoga Nidra
- Self-massage & sensual touch practices
- Herbal potions & plant allies
- Hypnosis & deep relaxation
- Voice activation & embodied sound.
Come for one evening of indulgent rest, or choose a monthly ritual where pleasure becomes something you tend to,
again and again.

About Blue Lotus
🪷 Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a sacred water lily traditionally used in ancient Egyptian and Minoan cultures for its gently relaxing, heart-opening, and mildly euphoric qualities. It has long been associated with ritual, sensuality, and altered states of awareness. Rather than being intoxicating, blue lotus is known for its subtle effects—supporting relaxation, dreaminess, and a softening into presence and embodied pleasure. Blue lotus can be legally consumed in Germany.
🪷 During our Blue Lotus ceremony, we will take blue lotus in the form of a tincture - a potent triple extraction.
Ingredients: blue lotus petals, alcohol, vegan glycerine, water
Dosage: one dropperful per person (= 1 mL)
🪷 The cultural and symbolic meaning of blue lotus, as well as its effects on the body, will be explained during the ceremony. Participation is entirely optional - you are welcome to attend the event even if you choose not to partake.
🪷 The tincture contains approximately 20% alcohol. The total amount of alcohol consumed corresponds to roughly four drops, making it a very small quantity and generally suitable even for those who do not usually drink alcohol.
If, however, you cannot consume alcohol at all, a blue lotus tea (blue lotus infused in water) can be made available for you at an additional cost.
