Cozy Ladies’ Workshop: ️ Find Your Spark and Take it Home with you 🤍🎨✨
An evening to slow down after mindful movement, get creative, connect with other women, and Leave with a little more inspiration and a canvas you created yourself.
5:00–6:00 PM | Yoga & Movement
We begin with a grounding yoga practice to reconnect with our bodies, release tension, and arrive fully in the moment.
6:00–6:40 PM | Cacao Ceremony & Sharing Circle
We gather to enjoy pure Peruvian cacao, set an intention, and share a moment of connection. There is space to reflect, listen, and connect with the other women in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
6:40–7:50 PM | Creative Expression
We let our creativity flow through colours, shapes, and painting on canvas. No experience or artistic skills are needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Let your intuition guide you and create something personal to take home.
7:50–8:00 PM | Closing
We gently close our afternoon, take a moment to appreciate what we have created, and leave with a little more inspiration and connection.
To keep us going, an Ice matcha 🍵 and Home made cake 🍰 will be provided by the studio 😋
Come by yourself or bring a friend. You don’t need to know anyone beforehand — just come, get creative, meet some lovely women, and enjoy a few hours away from the usual routine.
