The Art of Conversations
Communication gets easier when you understand yourself — and more effective and meaningful when you understand others.
This 4-week workshop is designed to help you recognize your natural communication style, better understand the people around you, and connect with more clarity, confidence, and care.
Each week, we’ll explore a different layer of communication — from understanding your own patterns, to recognizing how others communicate, to adapting your style for stronger connection, to navigating misunderstanding and conflict with greater ease.
5/4 — Week 1: Understand Your Own Communication Style
5/12 — Week 2: Understand How Others Communicate
5/19 — Week 3: Adapt Your Communication for Better Connection
5/26 — Week 4: Navigate Misunderstanding, Conflict, and Real-Life Communication Challenges
By the end, you’ll have a deeper understanding of yourself, a richer appreciation for others, and practical tools to communicate more effectively in every part of your life.
About Sang Thi Duong
Sang is someone who lost her sense of love and safety at the age of 3, she has a very unique gift for connecting with people because of her lived experience of surviving betrayal, abuse, sexual violence, and profound violations of trust by people in positions of authority and intimacy. That life experience gave her the ability to recognize pain, read what goes unspoken, and meet people with depth, honesty, and care.
Ultimately, through her lived survival experiences, she has an innate ability to show people how to use words in a non-threatening way because she knows what it means to survive harm, silence, fear, and misunderstanding, and she knows that words and actions can wound deeply or become the very thing that creates safety, trust, understanding, and love.
