Guided Foraging Walk for the Belgian Climate Pact📍 Sonian Forest, Brussels
Reconnect with nature and discover the edible landscape right on our doorstep.
Join fellow members of the Belgian EU Climate Pact Community for an exclusive, hands-on foraging walk near the beautiful Sonian Forest: a protected Natura 2000 and UNESCO World Heritage site.
Led by an expert guide from Forest to Plate, this immersive outdoor experience will teach you how to safely identify, respectfully harvest, and utilise local wild plants.
As we explore the springtime forest, we will discuss the vital connection between local biodiversity, sustainable food systems, and climate action. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your ecological knowledge, share ideas with like-minded community members, and learn how to incorporate wild, hyper-local ingredients into your daily life.
To ensure an intimate, low-impact learning environment and plenty of interaction with our guide, this event is strictly limited to 10 participants.
NB: This event is only for EU Climate Pact Ambassadors and their +1s (partners, friends & family).
