​The Community Lead Monthly is a 45-minute working session designed to equip the people who host, organize, and grow communities with the tools, training, and relationships they need to thrive.

​What happens in each session

​Each gathering blends three things:

​Signal: Get a clear view of what is happening across Build, including major initiatives, upcoming events, and opportunities to plug your community into larger moments.

​Skill: Learn how to run better gatherings, grow engaged groups, and use Build tools to create belonging and momentum. Sessions are guided by a shared leadership curriculum built around the book, Better: How to Design Creative Communities That Transform the World

​Each lead receives copies of these books and uses them as a common playbook.

​Sync: Meet and collaborate with other Build community leads across art, technology, storytelling, and civic life. This is where cross-promotion, co-creation, and shared planning happen.
